Most of us can agree the last couple years came with many hurdles; personally, societally, and environmentally; essentially many opportunities were provided for us to pay attention, pull back the curtain, and keep showing up the best way we know how. In commitment to EXPANSION, LOVE, and HEALING for all, I’ve booked a 5 week intensive teacher training program which provides tools for me to lead others in the cultivation and harnessing of creative life force energy through MEDITATION, VISUALIZATION, BREATHWORK, and MOVEMENT for increased physical wellbeing and spiritual growth. These practices foster greater connection and intimacy, vitality, and overall happiness. As soon as I saw this Tao Tantric Arts training program, my entire body and being knew this was the next step and that I was READY. It is time to level up my offerings for transformation, and I am following the curiosity and innate intuition that says... DO IT, and I appreciate your help in supporting this mission.


These past few years I’ve been forced to dive deep, TO FEEL, identify and face my shadows, fears, and deepest wounds... uncovering and examining belief systems and stories that perhaps once served, but no longer. I turned to various practices, therapies, and circles, which explore connection to the heart, feeling body and spirit in more depth to break through. This is what Tao and Tantra are about, the transformation of fear into love!


If you know me, you know my willingness to heal and see my commitment to spiritual growth, and in turn, the desire to facilitate the growth and healing of others. (See below for a short, How I got here).  I've been feeling this great itch to deepen my practice, and share my learnings through my offerings. This teacher training will not only allow me to deepen my own practice, and discover the QiGong and Tantric Practice in more depth, but it will empower me with knowledge, confidence, and world recognized certification to run my own women's circles, lead QiGong classes, facilitate workshops and offer more comprehensive one on one sessions. I've put together this campaign to further my education in an effort to share more tools with the world for our collective evolution. We are in this together!

A Short; How I Got Here:

In 2010, I began my own healing journey, receiving consistent bodywork and care after being introduced to the modality. I was deeply moved by this new found connection to my body, mind, and spirit. A passion to introduce new tools to people for connection was birthed.

In 2014, after training in San Francisco, I created my business, Move Happy, committing to offering therapeutic bodywork and massage in an effort to help others "Move Happy" physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Since then, I have brought therapeutic touch and self care workshops to the corporate space to further expose our community to various ways they can empower themselves. My work is to guide people to more easily connect to their body and heart to foster more connection and joy within themselves and in turn spread that love back into the world.  I so much look forward to rising up, adding to my tool belt, and sharing these new teachings!

Dao and Tantric Arts:


We are being asked to reexamine our society's distorted perception of sex/sexuality and our relation to it. The Daoist and Tantric principles offer us a healthier attitude towards sexuality, recognizing that sexual energy is creative life force energy and if harnessed correctly, a powerful tool for healing the physical body, and for spiritual awakening. The ancient sacred practices of Taoism and Tantra both work with the cultivation and transformation of sexual energy, building an energetic foundation to awaken our natural healing energy to prevent illness, increase our intimacy and connection and our overall happiness in a safe way. I look forward to sharing and incorporating these teachings within my current scope of offerings.

The Sacred Femininity Program (April-May 2020):


The Tao Tantric Arts Teacher Training will introduce mediation, movement, visualization, and breathwork techniques and exercises to build reservoirs of energy, enliven movement and strengthen internal power. This program is co-lead by Minke De Vos, MMQ, known internationally as one of the top teachers of self healing and sacred sexuality. "Through the tantric arts, women can experience the full flowering of their sexual energy. Rooted in Chinese energy medicine, Universal Healing Tao practices, and ancient Taoist traditions...these practices honor each stage of a woman's life and allow women to awaken their genuine feminine sexuality- receptive soft, sensitive, intuitive, and creative- rather than the masculine approach that focuses on strength, endurance, and control."
