A few years ago I had what I thought was a great idea for a sitcom but never thought anyone else would be interested. However, after being inspired by Dan Levy's and his work on Schitt's Creek, I decided to give it a go.

I was amazed how people were so immediately enthusiastic and supportive. We already have a great crew on board, a strong (and funny) script and a schedule to film the pilot in July.

I can't give away too many details but it's called Together and is a modern twist on a classic sitcom scenario.

We've had some very kind  praise from some British comedy legends about the script and premise so I genuinely think this has fantastic potential.

We'll aim to have the pilot ready to view by September and of course the dream is to get it commissioned for television. There's also the prospect of a web series or even Amazon Prime so one way or another, Together will be seen!

Any funds raised will go towards hire of the cameras and post production equipment, fees for the cast and crew (in these times, so many are willing to work for free just for a credit or to keep active but I refuse to ask anyone to do that - everyone will get something), location hire and, perhaps one of the biggest unseen costs, catering.

The entertainment industry has been decimated over the past year and starting a new project is a risk. However, if it's successful, there'll be a brand new sitcom on your screens which you'll have been responsible for. If so, anyone who donates £10 or more will get a personal mention in the credits of the very first episode!

Please help us bring Together to life.

Thank you,
