Fighting to save Lives in Albania after the devastating Earthquake. The death toll rose to 31 a day after Albania was struck by one of the strongest tremors there in decades. Hundreds were injured and thousands were left homeless by the 6.4-magnitude quake that struck before dawn on Tuesday.
