Join us in making Scott's dream come true by helping fund his trip to San Francisco to connect with some of his biological family for the first time ever! Due to his Muscular Dystrophy, he has many limitations, which makes travel very difficult and expensive. Your support will provide him with a once in a lifetime experience and will accommodate the following; plane tickets for him and his caregiver, 5-night hotel stay with ADA accessibility, daily meals, and basic necessities.
