In 2015 I founded a software development company called Equibit Group Ltd. What I thought was a brilliant idea to revolutionize a sector of the securities industry, turned out to be an entrapment scheme being carried out by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service and their agents at the Ontario Securities Commission, as well as the broader Five Eyes intelligence alliance.

Months before we were set to launch, key portions of our work were stolen/destroyed by an employee the CSIS officers corrupted by threatening his naturalization process.

In 2020, after a bout of severe depression following the collapse of my company and betrayal by people who had pretended (for nearly a decade in the case of one officer) to be my friends and business partners, I filed a lawsuit against the Government of Canada at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (File #: CV-20-00645492-0000).

Since then I have been subjected to pervasive electronic harassment, censorship, hacking, property destruction, and other crimes happening both inside and outside the courtroom. My rights to a fair trial have been denied , and the court steadfastly refuses to hold the same rules for the defendants as it does me.

Fleeing Canada in 2021 provided little relief from the electronic harassment I am subjected to nearly daily, but it ultimately did expose the identities of several CSIS officers who had been tasked with manipulating me.

By their actions, the Government has demonstrated that they're incapable of refuting my accusations in court. The CSIS spy we interrogated during discovery crumbled into a nervous mess and only incriminated them further, as well as exposed the lies other defendants had been relying on to make their own defenses.

The goal here is to wear me down financially, emotionally, spiritually...

I can handle the emotional and spiritual war, but I cannot carry the financial load of this lawsuit much longer. Already, it has cost me over $200,000.

Help me send these criminals a clear message THAT THIS LAWSUIT WILL NEVER GO AWAY.

The Government either will offer an amount I find acceptable to settle the lawsuit, or this will go to a public trial where I will take the stand and forever destroy every illusion Canadians have about good and responsible government.
