I never set out to be a trailblazer or #WomenInTech, my passions & interests lead me to this field, where :
- Gender & Racial disparities continue to be significant in the Tech field, due to the lack of education, opportunities, funding & support for Women & Minorities.
- Funding & Support continue to be at a disproportionate rate for Women & Minority Tech Founders.
- Women & Minorities continue to be consumers of technology, rather than creators.
Wondering how YOU can HELP?
Well, I have been given the opportunity through the Founder Institute to get the necessary skills that I need to become a successful Founder with an enduring tech startup.
But, in order to receive my acceptance, I need to pay $1,600 for the course fee and to secure my spot... so, I have started this GoFundMe campaign to help with the fee.

WHAT I WILL DO WITH THIS OPPORTUNITY?
In May 2015, I founded my first technology startup YOUniqueverse (multi-platform creative solutions; mobile app development & design, web development, design, creative strategy).
I've spent the last 10 years of my life preparing for this venture (SEE MY PAST WORK HERE) . I've invested my time, money, and energy learning necessary skills such as; web development, mobile app development, user experience design, branding, creative strategy, business, and international marketing. I've attended workshops, bootcamps, networking events and still... I'm not quite at where I want/need to be.
At 19 I started a design studio, at 25 I created my first brand & online eCommerce boutique, at 28 I founded my first non-profit (a mentoring & networking organization). Two of these ventures failed and one thrived, the one that managed to thrive, was the one that I had help with, and that's when I realized "every great dream, needs a great plan + a great team", I couldn't bring these dreams to life on my own.
Preparation + Partnership, is what makes opportunities, successful.
With YOUR HELP, through my enrollement at the Founder Institute, I will build an enduring tech company that will develop awesome life-enhancing apps & websites, and unforgettable, creative digital experiences!
