Emergency Surgery Fund

A few months I was Diagnosis with Cervical cancer. I have been chronically ill for a few years and had No idea what was wrong with me and wondered why I would be Deathly sick for days, and why I have no energy? After years of going to different Doctor’s having ultrasounds, painful test, biopsies and procedures recently the cancer was found.  After Prayer, Thought and talking with my Doctor I made the decision to have an Emergency Hysterectomy Major surgery on June 14th to correct this and I will be unable to work for 2 months. I am a QWOC Starving artist in the Bay Area who survives primarily on performing Alone and depend greatly on being able to dance.  But during my healing time I will not be able to do any of this. During my recovery period my bills (Rent, Phone Bill, Groceries and medical expenses) will still be accumulating and I am worried that I will not be able to get them paid without some assistance. I also have a co-pay of $200 for my procedure that I have to pay for before (May 15th)so that I can have my surgery.  I am asking for assistance in the amount of $3,000 to help me during my time of Recovery.
