Syrrist family recovery

The Syrrist family was involved in a tragic fire that took place in our community early Friday morning.
 
Chris, Mary, Max, Sylvia, Hanna and Otto are all safe. However, they have been displaced from their home and their belongings will need to be thoroughly cleaned due to smoke. They have also lost one of their vehicles.

The family has moved numerous times since coming to Hatteras Island. They are shaken from the tragedy and are forced to once more move due to unsafe living conditions. As we know housing is hard to comeby. They would prefer to stay in Buxton and potentially buy a permanent home here.

To help relieve some of the pressures of all they have to face I am asking for funds to help their beautiful family focus on recovery and rebuilding.
