I never thought I’d be writing something like this, but here I am because my mom means everything to me.My mom is one of the strongest, most selfless people I know. She spent her life working hard, always putting others first, and doing whatever she could to provide and care for those around her. Unfortunately, after years of dedication to her job, she was injured at work. While the injury happened some time ago, the long term outcome changed her life completely. Over time, it led to permanent limitations and ultimately disability, making it impossible for her to continue working.

Since then, our lives have looked very different. I am now the only source of income, and while I’m doing everything I can, it hasn’t been easy. Still, my mom never complains. She carries herself with so much grace, even when things are hard, and she continues to be my biggest supporter and source of love. One of the biggest challenges we’re facing right now is her car. It’s old, unreliable, and honestly coming to the end of its life. A dependable car would mean safety, independence, and peace of mind—for doctor appointments, daily errands, and simply being able to get where she needs to go without fear of breaking down.

My dream is to surprise her with a reliable car. She has no idea I’m doing this. She would never ask for help like this on her own, but she deserves so much more than what she’s been dealt. This is my way of giving back to the woman who has given me everything.
