Together as friends and family, we are here to support Annie, Poasie and Alasie through a difficult time.  This week Annie was diagnosed with advanced cancer.  Annie’s time in the hospital for treatment and Poasie needing to be by her side, takes them both away from work and income.  It is important for this family to be together through this challenging time and focus on the love of friends and family. The treatment plan ahead is still being determined but we do know it will be a difficult journey.

In order for this special family to focus on being together through this time, we are trying to raise some funds to support medical expenses, travel expenses to and from the north and living expenses such as groceries and transportation to and from the hospital for the coming three months approximately.  Care for Alasie and her well-being is most important to everyone as children are only allowed very short visiting time at the hospital.  There is a caring circle of friends, family and coworkers at OICC surrounding the family and coordinating for their personal needs.  Any donations of any amount to support Annie, Poasie and Alasie are greatly appreciated.  If you cannot donate, prayers mean a lot to them too.
