I’m reaching out to our community on behalf of Wren (DJ Eirflux) & Carl Scheit. As many of you know, Wren is a vital part of our community. Now, they need us to show up for them.

Wren is currently admitted at Swedish First Hill for observation due to severe asthma complications. This hospitalization follows a recent, life-altering diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). While the focus is on getting them stabilized and healthy enough to be discharged, the financial impact has been immediate and severe.

Between the hospital stay and the uncertainty of their medical schedule, Wren & Carl are losing critical income roughly $500 in lost wages this week alone. This loss has hit at the worst possible time, as they were already facing housing instability and have received a notice regarding potential eviction.

We want to make sure that when Wren is released from the hospital, they have a secure, stable home to return to. Having a safe place to live is essential for them to manage their new MS diagnosis and focus on their long-term health.
