Support the Majewski-Thompson Children

My name is Suzy, and I am raising money on behalf of the Majewski-Thompson family and their three now parentless children. My goal is to raise $15,000 or more for funeral/celebration of life, social-emotional support and counseling, and financial resources for the children and new caregivers as they navigate life without their parents.

 

Both their parents have passed away unexpectedly. Their mother, Lindy Majewski passed away on November 13th, 2020, and most recently their father, Steve Thompson, passed away on March 9th, 2022. They leave behind three beautiful children, Mckenna, 17, a bass clarinet player about to graduate high school and recently accepted to ASU. Mahlina, 12, currently in middle school and an avid video gamer who spends all her time with her siblings, and Marquise, 10, a fourth-grader who loves Spiderman, comics, and of course his big sisters.

 

McKenna, Mahlina, and Marquise have been welcomed under the care of extended family with open arms, a family I have known and loved for over 30 years. Living among familiar family members will be the best possible home for them after this incredible loss; however, the financial burden of two funerals back to back and the money needed for the children's future and resources to cope are undoubtedly substantial.

 

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. There is no amount too small to help these children in need who have endured insurmountable loss.
