What: Soups, gathering, outdoor fire, maybe games for grownups and kids!

Food insecurity is rising at unprecedented rates - current data indicate 41% of Western Massachusetts households are struggling with food insecurity.

Food insecurity is intersectional and exacerbated by climate crisis, racism and structural and systemic oppression, and driven by the dynamics of capitalism. The effects of food insecurity impact physical and mental health, social connections and well-being.

Stone Soup Cafe has connected me to the community and my neighbors, whom I look forward to seeing each Saturday. Check out this Pay-What-You-Can zine and consider contributing, any amount makes a difference.
