Shawn has always been a pillar of strength and kindness in the Fairfield community. For over 20 years, she has dedicated herself to serving the families of Sheldon Academy as an educator, building deep and meaningful connections with countless students and their loved ones. Recently, Shawn has faced an incredibly challenging time. She suffered a stroke on top of a knee injury, and several crises within her family have made it impossible for her to work. The sudden loss of income has put her at risk of eviction and made it difficult to cover essential expenses like medical bills, rent, groceries, and even Christmas gifts for her children. Despite these hardships, Shawn remains hopeful and grateful for the support of her friends and community.
