Hello family and friends, Shalanda Walker here asking for your help. Being diagnosed with lupus SLE, sarcoidosis, fibromyalgia, HBP, diabetes type 2, COPD, PTSD, among a few others, multiple myeloma has hit me the hardest. This blood and bone cancer prevents me from working, even the at-home job. I’m currently entering my stem cell transplant process, which consists of injections to help my stem cells overflow and be collected from my collarbone. Afterwards, I start dialysis this week, 4 hours a day, 7 days a week, along with chemo until the blood is cleaned. I’m scheduled so far until March 5, 2026. When the actual transplant is finished, I’m guaranteed 20 years free of this battle, but until then, I would greatly appreciate any donations. This will help me keep my home, utilities, my car, food, all things that are a necessity right now. I know it’s a trying time for everyone. I’ve tried every agency in my area, churches; I’ve left no stone unturned. So, I’m asking for your help at this time because I will be well soon and back to work and school to not only pay it forward but educate the world about the cancers I’ve fought and won! This journey is extremely hard and posting this is even harder, but with God, all things are possible. Thank you in advance, a multiple myeloma warrior, lupus warrior, breast cancer warrior, a mighty warrior woman of God.
