Support Recovery for a Brave Parent and Child

On the morning of July 31st 2025 I was walking with my daughter when someone approached us from be hide they said a few words I turned around to face them they then dropped there bag and walked towards me and suddenly pulled out a knife as they lunged towards me with the knife, I instinctively went to push my daughter out of harm's way, and that left me open for clean hit .

At the time all I saw was blood pouring out of my body and falling to the floor. I had to run and get my distance.

Miraculously my daughter who has autism, somehow knew to run away and find me.

Unfortunately,my daughter had to see the whole thing from start to finish, but I thank God physically she’s OK.

I was the happiest man in the world when I saw her running towards me.

I was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and immediately taken into surgery. I was recently discharged due to limitations in insurance coverage, and I now face a long and challenging road to recovery.

The attack has left me with severe nerve damage and numbness even after 3 surgeries.

I have two kids that have been taken care of on my own for the past three years. I’m their primary caregiver and now I myself need a caregiver.

I am seeking assistance with medical expenses, physical therapy, and psychological counseling — particularly for my daughter, who witnessed the incident from start to finish

anything you all can give will help me and my family we have a long road of recovery ahead of us.
