My dear friends, Kelley and Patrick Rigsby, owners of Queen City Training, were among the many local businesses that had to close their doors in order to comply with the mandated guidelines following the global pandemic.
Queen City Training is more than a local gym. It has become a home for many of the clients who train there. This gym has created a sense of family throughout the past four years when they opened the doors. Having supportive and dedicated clients, Kelley and Patrick have been able to create an environment that uplifts, inspires, and motivates all who train at their gym.
Kelley and Patrick were so passionate about opening their own gym, that they both left their full time careers to pursue their dreams. This means that their main source of income is now eliminated until further notice from the government.
I, along with several other devoted people, have been training at Queen City Training since they opened in 2016. Being able to financially support them during this unprecedented and difficult time, would mean so much to Kelley and Patrick. It is my hope that we can be generous enough to replace the loss of monthly income that Kelley and Patrick would receive from the gym.
We are all going through a terrible storm right now with the Covid-19 crisis and each of us is on a different boat. With that said, some of our funds are tight, but if you are able to donate anything to this amazing couple to help them out during this time, I know they would be most appreciative. #SmallBusinessRelief
