Support Nicole Hoskins' Family After Eaton Fire
Donation protected

Hi everyone, my name is Nicole Hoskins and my family and I lost our home to the Eaton fire. On Tuesday January 7th, 2025 I noticed that the fire in Eaton Canyon was moving progressively fast towards our direction in upper fair oaks Altadena. I explained to my parents that we need to begin packing our bags around 7:30 pm. Unfortunately my parents were not ready to accept the possibility of them losing their home. My mother, son and I left our Altadena home around 9pm, after the lights went out, to stay in a hotel in Pomona, CA. There were not many hotels in our area that could accommodate our entire family, almost of them were sold out. My brother and Dad stayed in our Altadena home until 3am when they were forced to evacuate. My dad had to cover his face from the smoke and my brother was brushing embers off his clothes. My brother explained that as him and my dad were leaving, our corner neighbors bushes had caught fire and that’s when he knew our home was not going to make it.
My parents bought their home in Altadena, CA in 1996 and we have lived in this house ever since. We are raising money to begin the recovery process of this unthinkable hardship. If God places it on your heart to donate please support our family with any amount you feel comfortable donating.
