Support Neil and Lexi's Road to Recovery

My name is Sarah, and Lexi is my closest friend. On Sunday, March 2nd, Neil Kurowski was in a horrible car accident and was critically injured. He had to be intubated and life-flighted to Allegheny General Hospital. He suffered a collapsed lung, fractures in his face, liver and spleen damage, and 2 brain bleeds, along with damage to his brain. Over the past week, Neil has been able to start breathing on his own and be slowly backed out of sedation, but he has not been able to really communicate yet. The doctors aren't able to tell how the damage done to his brain is affecting him, but regardless, Neil has a long journey of recovery ahead of him and will not be able to work any time soon.

Lexi hasn't worked in 2 weeks and will need some financial support. They currently don't have a car because it was totaled. Neil and Lexi are both great people and great parents to their two beautiful children, Ellie (6 years old) and Wesley (3 years old). Any help would be greatly appreciated!
