I'm Noel Acena, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my wife, who is currently fighting one of the hardest battles of her life, stage III-A breast cancer.

What started as a diagnosis has now become much more complicated and urgent. Recently, she was hospitalized due to pneumonia, and doctors found fluid in her lungs. On top of that, her condition has worsened; her breast is now severely swollen and has developed multiple wounds that are painful and difficult to manage.

We were hoping for surgery, but it cannot be done yet because nodules have been found in her ribs, making her condition more complex and risky. Because of this, her treatment plan now heavily relies on continuous chemotherapy, which is very costly and physically draining for her. Each chemotherapy session, along with the required medications, tests, and hospital care, adds to the growing financial burden we are facing.

Every day is a struggle, not just physically for her, but emotionally for our family. Seeing her in pain and going through this situation is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

We are doing everything we can, but the medical expenses are overwhelming. Hospital bills, medications, procedures, and continuous care are quickly adding up. We want to keep fighting, to give her a chance to recover and receive proper treatment, but we cannot do it alone.
