Support Michelle's Kidney Health Journey

With sadness and desperation, Deb and I are setting up this fundraiser. Michelle Polacek, our niece, whom we consider a daughter, has been dealing with vasculitis which has had a devastating effect on her kidneys. She will likely start dialysis in the near future and may ultimately require a kidney transplant.

Though she is working as close as possible to 40 hours per week, she is struggling to keep up with medical bills, the cost of medication, and everyday living expenses. There have been periods where she has been unable to work due to hospital stays and an inability to function well enough to work.

Deb and I, as well as other family members and friends, have helped her financially as much as we are able to. However, the bills are becoming unmanageable.

We/she would greatly appreciate any donations that will help Michelle to pay her medical bills and other living expenses.
