My cousin Michael has faced significant medical issues over the past few months, as he required emergency surgery to remove an intestinal blockage just prior to Thanksgiving. It was at that time that he was informed he urgently needed open-heart surgery to remove and replace his aorta. While both surgeries have been successfully completed and he is on the road to recovery, in addition to his long physical recovery, he now faces a long, hard road of financial difficulty paying for his medical bills and paying for living expenses while he will be unable to work during his recovery. I am asking you to please help in any way possible to help lighten the financial burden he will be facing. Michael has devoted much of his life over the past few years to his community and I am hoping his community will now help support him as well.
