Maria Machado is my loving aunt, someone who has always put others before herself and wishes the best for everyone around her. Maria has been bravely battling cancer for some time now, and unfortunately, her condition is getting worse. Just a couple of weeks ago, she also experienced the heartbreaking loss of her mother, adding to the emotional and financial challenges she is facing.

As Maria’s cancer progresses, she needs additional medication and treatments to give her the best chance at recovery. Sadly, her insurance is currently denying coverage for some of these crucial treatments and prescriptions. Despite these obstacles, Maria continues to show strength and kindness, always thinking of others even in her most difficult moments. Our family is doing everything we can to support her, but we know we can’t do it alone.

We are reaching out to our friends, family, and community for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward Maria’s medical expenses and the care she needs to fight this battle.
