Dear friends and family,
Jennifer is running a marathon the first week of January! As a Christmas gift, Michael and I are starting this GoFundMe to raise money for the Malala foundation in Jennifer’s name. We are pledging money for every mile she runs!
The Malala Fund is an organization dedicated to ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to learn and lead.
Your generous donations will directly support the Malala Fund’s incredible work, including:
- Providing scholarships and resources to girls in underserved communities.
- Supporting advocacy efforts to promote girls' education policies globally.
We chose this charity in Jennifer’s name specifically as Jennifer has donated much of her time to serving those in need from volunteering with Doctors Without Borders to aiding rural communities in Central America. She is a continuing inspiration for girls education. Growing up I had the privilege of watching my mother put herself through challenging college classes while supporting her family and working full time.
