On the evening of Friday, September 19th, our dispatcher and team member, Lucero Pena, was involved in a grave head-on collision in south-central Wyoming.

Lucero sustained numerous critical injuries as a result of the accident and was life-flighted to the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, Wyoming, where she remains in critical condition.

Lucero is a fantastic dispatcher, a reserve deputy, a dedicated team member, and a friend to many.

A medical incident of this nature comes with serious expenses. We plan to use this fundraiser to help cover any unexpected out-of-pocket medical expenses in addition to helping support Lucero's family during her recovery.

Lucero will have a long, challenging road to recovery, and any amount will truly help.
