Little Jabari is from the beautiful small island of St. Lucia and is currently 1 year old. He was initially diagnosed with mild Pyelectasis which later worsened to severe Bilateral Hydronephrosis with both kidneys. It occurs as a result of a problem that prevents urine from draining out of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder.

After several urine tests, x-rays, and other examinations which began from after birth, the solution would have to be surgery to correct his situation. Without this being done, it could lead to permanent kidney damage.

Little Jabari is a very jovial and energetic soul, and we would love for him to continue to have a normal and enjoyable life. Any support would be immensely appreciated.
