The Diagnosis That Changed Everything
Hi, I'm Kenji from Daily Kenji (https://www.youtube.com/@DailyKenji). I’ve always shared my life with you through my videos, and now I’m opening up about something deeply personal. A few months ago, I noticed blood in my stool. At first, I thought it might be hemorrhoids or something minor, but when the bleeding didn’t stop, I knew I had to act.
With a mix of fear and uncertainty, I visited the doctor. In October, after a colonoscopy and further tests, I received devastating news: I have Stage 3 Rectal Cancer. Hearing those words felt like the world froze. My heart raced, and questions flooded my mind: Why me? What does this mean for my future? I felt scared, overwhelmed, and alone.
My Treatment Plan and the Journey Ahead
I’m now gearing up for the fight of my life. My treatment plan includes chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery over the next year. It’s going to be a tough road, physically and emotionally, and I know I can’t do it alone.
