Support Jenna, Ian, & Baby Jack

Dear Friends and Family,

We reach out to you with heavy hearts and a humble request for support for our beloved Jenna and Ian, who have been on an unexpected journey since the beginning of Jenna's pregnancy.

From the outset, this pregnancy has been fraught with risks, and on March 4, 2024, their precious baby boy, Jack, arrived prematurely at just 25 weeks gestation, weighing only 1.9 lbs (860g).

Jenna and Ian, a dedicated team, now find themselves in a complex situation far from home with Jack receiving care at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. Fortunately, Jenna is now settled in and staying at the Ronald McDonald House while staying close at hand with Jack.

However, together, they now navigate the challenges of caring for their fragile newborn while facing the inevitable stress of Ian travelling between Saskatoon and Swift Current to continue to work and also be with his family for the next few months.

While friends and family have generously offered to send much-needed baby items and have asked how they can support them, the most pressing need for Jenna, Ian, and Baby Jack is financial assistance.

This campaign offers an opportunity for anyone who has wanted to contribute to their well-being as new parents.

From covering expenses such as rent, food, fuel, and other necessary and unexpected costs, to easing the burden of travel costs incurred by Ian's necessary trips between cities, your support will allow Jenna and Ian to focus on Jack's health and well-being without the added stress of financial worries.
