Hello! I REALLY hate to ask for help. I recently rescued Homer. He is a loving, kind soul. However, he has a serious problem. His lungs are full of fluid. Not sure of the reason yet. He is currently at the vet on oxygen. The tests and care are very expensive. His bill is already over $3,000. I really love this little guy and want to give him a shot at a good life. I think his first 6 years must have been pretty rough. Please help if you can and thank you SO much! -Paul & Homer
