Gianna Borsellino — The ultimate girly girl with a heart of gold and the strength of a champion. She’s full of sparkle, strength, and spirit. Gianna is a cheerleader, tumbler, and dancer who lives life with unmatched energy and a smile that lights up every room. She's the youngest of the Borsellino family, the little sister of twins Michael and Mia, and the daughter of Michael and AnnaLisa Borsellino.

At just 8 years old Gianna is facing a devastating challenge. At the end of July 2025, Gianna was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) – B Cell, a diagnosis that struck without warning, prompting her to begin immediate treatment without delay and no time to prepare, only the urgent need to fight. The Borsellino family’s world has been turned upside down, but if you know Gianna, it’s certain she’s already meeting this challenge with bravery and resilience beyond her years.

The Borsellino family needs our help now more than ever. It is important to know the family has not asked for financial support, but they are deeply touched by the outpouring of love and many offers to help. While their focus is Gianna healing and staying strong through this Leukemia diagnosis, the reality is that this journey comes with many unknowns. Each day brings new unpredictable challenges and the cost of all medical treatment can be overwhelming and uncertain. So we’re raising funds to support the Borsellino family through this difficult journey— for medication, medical treatments, hospital stays, and other hidden finances that come with a childhood cancer diagnosis and battle.

Gianna’s journey is not one with a clear path. Each battle is different, and she will cross every bridge as she gets to it with bravery, grace, and perseverance as she has already shown.
