Gene Anzures is not just a coworker, but a dear friend I’ve had the privilege of working alongside for over 10 years at the University of New Mexico Hospital. Gene is known for his kindness, his willingness to help others, and his dedication as an Orderly in the operating room. He’s the type of person who always puts others first, and his love for cars is just one of the many things that make him unique.

Recently, Gene suffered two heart attacks, which have left him unable to work for at least six months. This sudden health crisis has been incredibly difficult for him, both physically and emotionally. As he focuses on his recovery, the bills from his hospital stay and everyday living expenses are quickly piling up. Without his regular income, Gene is facing a lot of financial stress at a time when he should be concentrating on healing.
