Support Foster's Medical Mission to Guatemala

Hello friends, family, and supporters,

I am excited to share that I will be traveling to Antigua, Guatemala, in March 2025 on a medical mission trip, and I need your help to make this meaningful journey possible!

As someone passionate about global health, I’ve always wanted to use my medical skills to make a difference in underserved communities. On this trip, I’ll be part of a dedicated team working to provide essential healthcare services to rural areas around Antigua. These communities often lack access to the medical care they need, and this trip is about bringing care directly to them.

What I’ll Be Doing:

• Providing Healthcare: I will be conducting patient interviews, performing medical exams, and helping to deliver treatments to those in need.

• Bringing Essentials: Your support will help me bring crucial items like toiletries, medical supplies, and basic clothing to people who need them.

• Reaching Remote Areas: I’ll also be covering the costs of ground transportation to reach these remote communities, ensuring that we can extend our care to as many people as possible. The group with which I am going travels to Antigua every year, and thus long-standing continuity of care has been established with these communities.

How Your Donations Will Be Used:

• Travel Expenses: A large portion of the funds will go towards covering my travel to and from Guatemala and food while I am there.

• Medical and Personal Supplies: A portion of the funds will go towards purchasing medical supplies and personal essentials for the people I will be serving.

• Supporting Fellow Volunteers: Any funds in excess of what I need will be used to help my peers on this mission trip, making it possible for them to participate and contribute to this cause.

• Family Support: A small part of the funds will be used to support my family while I am away, ensuring they are taken care of during my time on the trip.
