Support With Violets in Her Lap: A One Man Show
Donation protected
With Violets in Her Lap is an exploration through dance of the AIDS crisis from the a queer Gen Z perspective. I call it my embodied search for queer ancestry, mourning the many ancestors we lost to AIDS, and celebrating their resistance and even jubilance in the face of doom. "The void is the queerest space of all." Using dance and movement, this is a reckoning with the void that the AIDS crisis has wrought in the queer lineage.
