Hello community,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support for our father, Enrique Gonzalez, who is currently battling silicosis, a chronic and fatal lung disease caused by prolonged inhalation of silica dust from years of working in granite and stone manufacturing in the San Fernando Valley (818).

For the past two years, my father has been unable to work due to the progression of his illness. He has always been a hardworking provider and a devoted caretaker for our family, but his condition has made it impossible for him to continue employment. As medical expenses and daily living costs continue to grow, it has become increasingly difficult for our family to manage everything on our own.

At this time, our family is coming together to support both my father and mother with medical care, household expenses, and daily needs. We are humbly reaching out to our community for any support you may be able to offer during this incredibly difficult time.
