Support Ed's Journey to World Poetry Championship

Howdy! My name is Ed Mabrey and I am the United States of America representative for the 2025 World Poetry Slam Championship, run by the World Poetry Slam Organization. Each country gets only one representative to attend the world event. I am honored to be the 2025 representative this year.

The finals are May 29-June 1 and will be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

Initially, the finals were scheduled for November; however, due to logistical issues, they were forced to change the date significantly.

Due to the short timeframe, I am asking you, dear donor, to assist me in travel and related expenses. We must show proof of our flight purchase, etc., by May 10, 2025, or risk losing our spot in the finals.

Even if you cannot donate by then your donation will still help!

I cannot thank you enough for doing your part to assist me in attending my first World Poetry Slam Championship. (I have been a four-time IWPS Champion, but that is in America.)
