Help Bring Eddie Home!

Our Dad, Eddie, is currently being detained at an ICE facility outside of Houston after returning from a brief trip to visit family in Cuba, a trip that should have lasted just one week.

Our Dad has been a legal resident of the United States for over 55 years. He raised his family here, built a life here, worked hard every day, and paid his taxes. He is a father, a grandfather, a brother. All of his loved ones live here in the U.S., including his children and grandchildren in California.

He traveled to Cuba to see his relatives, as he’s done in the past, but when he returned, he was unexpectedly detained by immigration authorities at the airport and now faces deportation. Our family is now facing a difficult and expensive legal battle to bring him back home where he belongs.

Unfortunately, this process is lengthy and complex, and it’s expected to take about 3 to 4 months. During this time, we are responsible for significant attorney fees and legal expenses.

We are asking for help, any amount, big or small, to support our fight to bring our Dad home. Your donation will go directly toward legal representation and the steps necessary to secure his release and safe return to California.
