Help Dennis Get Back on His Feet After a Devastating Car Accident

I’m creating this GoFundMe for one of the most selfless, kind-hearted people I know — my friend Dennis — who recently experienced a life-altering car accident through no fault of his own.

While driving down a major highway at approximately 40 mph, a vehicle suddenly pulled out from a parking lot directly into his path without checking for oncoming traffic. The collision was unavoidable and resulted in his vehicle being completely totaled.

Thankfully, Dennis is alive, which is what matters most — but the aftermath has been overwhelming. He does not have coverage for the loss of his vehicle, meaning he now has to pay entirely out of pocket for:

• A replacement vehicle

• A rental vehicle in the meantime

• Other unexpected expenses related to the accident

What makes this situation even more difficult is that Dennis lives full-time in his fifth-wheel trailer. His truck was not just transportation — it is what allows him to move his home. To make matters even harder, he was on his way to meet me so we could travel together to Tennessee for a long-planned vacation when this accident occurred. Instead of enjoying time away, he’s now facing uncertainty, financial strain, and the challenge of simply maintaining day-to-day stability.

Anyone who knows Dennis knows he is the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to help someone else. He’s dependable, humble, and always shows up for others without ever asking for anything in return. It’s heartbreaking to see someone so genuinely good hit with such unfortunate circumstances.
