Support Celeste's Funeral Expenses

My name is Rosemary, I am the younger daughter of Celeste. My family is heartbroken to share that my beloved Deaf mother, Celeste A. Quadros Viana, who was born and raised in Rio, Brazil, recently passed away at 72-years-old. She had been battling cancer since 2019. Mom and my Deaf father, Nevaldo de Campos Viana, enjoyed 50 beautiful years of marriage, during which they had three Deaf children, Claudio, Luciana, Rosemary, and five grandchildren. Mom was such a warm, friendly, kind, and caring person who loved to help and support the homeless and all people. She was a strong advocate within the Deaf Community, who enjoyed sharing the Gospel and the Word of God. Mom's favorite Bible verses to share and inspire others with included Psalms: Chapter 40 and 121. She was an expert baker who loved to bake for anyone and everyone, and her baked goods were loved by all! Mom's battle with cancer led me, her daughter Rosemary, to take a 4-month medical leave from work to care for her in Brazil, during which our family decided it was best for Mom and Dad to move to the U.S. with me for better medical care and support. While living here the past 8-months in the U.S. with better healthcare, though she had a few challenges, Mom's health had been fairly stable until her recent brain aneurysm, which led to her declining health and passing. This sudden loss of Mom has been so heartbreaking, challenging, and unexpected. We've learned recently that funeral arrangements are estimated to be about $15,000. We need your support and would greatly appreciate any and all donations you can provide to help us pay for Mom's funeral services. Thank you for all of your love, kindness, and support during this difficult time for us. God bless you all.
