Support Cassie and Family in Memory of John

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of John Wells, loving husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, and ski buddy.

Nature seemed to call to John. Everyone who knew him knew that he was happiest when he was outside. He was a knowledgeable leader on the mountain, helping to take care of those around him and make sure they learned how to safely enjoy the beauty and adventure that nature offered. We lost John doing what he loved most, having one of his best weeks skiing with his closest friends.

John lived and loved hard. We will always remember his goofy and playful energy, his deep and lasting love for Cassie, and the east coast attitude he brought to the PNW.

He will forever be engrained in the Mt Baker community and all of our hearts.

As Cassie and John’s dear family face this tragic loss, we appreciate any contribution, no matter how small. All donations will go directly toward covering services and other related expenses to give John the celebration of life that he deserves.
