Support Barb Colvin’s fight against pancreatic cancer

Like most people, I never thought that I would find myself or one of my family members in the position of asking for help, but unfortunately you never know what life is going to throw at you. Our mom, Barb “Maggie” Colvin, was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. While this is scary, she has decided to show her unwavering strength and face it head on. As you can imagine, it’s going to be a long road of treatment to fight this that’s going to take a toll on her physically, emotionally and financially. If you know our mom, you know that she’s the type of person that would be the first to offer help but the last to ask for it. She is truly the most selfless, giving, supportive woman we know. She would give everything she has to help someone out without thinking twice. Well now it’s our turn to support a woman who is truly the best mom, Maggie and friend that anyone could ask for. All of her energy should be focused on fighting this, not worrying about how the bills will get paid. Her only concern should be kicking cancer’s ass!!! She’s never been about money, infamous for saying “you can’t take it with you” , so literally any donation would be appreciated more than you know. And if you are unable to donate, just know that the continued support of those she truly cares about will help her get through the fight of her life.
