Support Avery's Open Heart Surgery Journey

Avery is scheduled for open heart surgery October 17th at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus Ohio to replace the trunk of her pulmonary artery. Her conduit has lasted a beautiful 15 years. We knew this day would come but it never gets any easier. Our family could use support but unsure what that looks like right now. We will be in Ohio for several weeks, then months of hard therapy and recovery at home with return trips for follow up care.
