Adita Navarro is 7 years old.

Adita was very recently diagnosed with brain cancer and we are asking for your help.

Adita is a special soul - a sweet, loving, thoughtful and happy little girl. She goes to school with my children Joaquin and Hazel and she has always been a shining light in our days. Her spirit and her smile warm the heart and she is loved by everyone who knows her. Adita and her little brother Mario are children to Ada and Mario Navarro who live in Antigua, Guatemala.

Adita is currently at Boston Children's Hospital where she just underwent a 12+ hour surgery to have the tumor removed. Adita now faces a long road of radiation, chemotherapy and rehabilitation. 

We are grateful that Adita is in good hands at Boston Children's but she and her family are far from home and simply trying to process from one moment to the next. Today we are asking for a donation to help Adita and her family deal with the realities of medical and living expenses that are necessary for Adita to receive the best treatment possible.

Please know that your donation is going to such an important cause and is so very appreciated. All funds will be transferred directly to Ada’s US bank account and applied to medical and living expenses incurred during this difficult time. At this point it is yet to be determined if the Navarro’s will stay in Boston or transfer to Houston. We will keep you updated as things unfold.
