About Me

I have passionately dedicated myself to developing my voice and artistry through a rich combination of performances, collaborations, and academic pursuits. Born in 1999 in Lefkada, Greece, my journey in music and the arts began with studies in piano, music theory, and flute at the Palestrinio Conservatory and the Philharmonic Society of Lefkada, along with training in dance and visual arts. My vocal path started with the Mixed Choir of Orfeas in Lefkada and flourished through years of dedication and study.

I hold a Master’s degree in Music Performance (Voice) from the Ionian University, under the guidance of Rosa Poulimenou, and have completed specialized training in Vocal Pedagogy. During an internship as a Voice Teacher at the Conservatory of Heptanisian Music, I honed my teaching skills while continuing to expand my performance repertoire.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with prestigious ensembles and orchestras, such as the Mikis Theodorakis Symphony Orchestra, Camerata Vocalis, and the San Giacomo Choir, performing both in Greece and abroad. One of my most memorable experiences was a tour to Serbia with the Mikis Theodorakis Symphony Orchestra, where we shared Greek musical heritage with international audiences.
My performance experience also includes roles such as Pernille in Dan Shore’s chamber opera The Beautiful Bridegroom, and I am currently preparing roles like Blondchen (Die Entführung aus dem Serail) and Olympia (Les contes d’Hoffmann), alongside Musical Theater roles like Christine (The Phantom of the Opera) and Amalia (She Loves Me). I am deeply committed to exploring a wide range of musical styles, from Baroque opera to contemporary Musical Theater, and continue to push my boundaries by studying new techniques and roles.

Beyond singing, I am passionate about dance, with training in jazz and contemporary movement, enriching my perspective as a multidisciplinary artist.

Music has always been my sanctuary, a way to express emotions and connect with others on a deeply personal level. One unforgettable moment in my career was performing a heartfelt piece during a tour in Serbia with the Mikis Theodorakis Symphony Orchestra. I saw firsthand how music transcends language and culture, bringing people together and creating a powerful sense of unity. This experience solidified my belief in the transformative power of music, and it is this passion that drives me to continue my journey in the DMA program.

Why This Program?

The DMA program at the University of Kentucky is a transformative opportunity to refine my vocal technique, delve into advanced pedagogy, and explore innovative approaches to vocal artistry. This program aligns perfectly with my goals of creating original works, such as fantasy operas, and sharing my expertise as an educator and performer. The chance to work with world-class faculty and immerse myself in a vibrant academic community will enable me to grow artistically and professionally, opening doors to new opportunities worldwide.
