Support a Hero: Mom's Medical Bills

My mom has no idea I am doing this, so I am keeping it secret until there is a substantial amount that may help her. My mom is my hero, my rock and the reason I am determined to be the best person I can be. She grew up with morals of never feeling like she needed help or really ever asking for help, especially financially. Unless it had a reason like a holiday or her birthday, she would never EVER ask for help financially. She has undergone so much struggles in her life, and just recently last year she lost her dad (My Grandpa) who we spent over 8 years taking care of at his old age, not long after she was diagnosed with Cancer in her throat and we went a long time preparing for the fact that she may not be able to talk anymore. We even started learning sign language because there would be a high chance she would lose her voice if the chemo didn't work. This went on for a year, and just recently she was told the Cancer had shrunk, they removed it, and now she is Cancer free!

Unfortunately with how bad her insurance is at her work, she now has a huge bill that she had to take out multiple credit cards to help pay for, and is extremely in debt. She is constantly stressed out now, never sleeps most of the nights, and is thinking about getting a second job to help pay for it. She already works in the medical field as a medical assistant, and it baffles me that their insurance is so bad. She is constantly helping people around her, all my friends call her their mother, and she goes above and beyond for everyone and me. I want to help in any way I can and I feel like I can't do it alone, she won't let me get a second job to help because I am starting up my own business and she want me to focus on that; but this looms over my head as well.

I do not expect to get to the goal of 42,000, it is such a steep amount. but anything, and I mean ANYTHING helps. The reason I am keeping this secret is because I KNOW she will refuse to accept any of this or make me take down at even the mention of this. But if I get the ball rolling and give her even a start of something to help her out, I know she will cry happy tears and maybe just be a little angry with me is all. Which honestly is worth it if it means I get to help her.
