Hi my name is Theo and I’m raising money for summit inside, a charity that focuses on men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK. Summit Inside tackles this by running courses and challenges that support men in strengthening both their mental and physical wellbeing.

we’re going again for the second challenge weekend this year following on from climbing mount Krivan in Slovakia.

from the 8th - 9th of August we will be doing the south coast challenge which is a 33 mile hike from Durdle door to Bournemouth Pier.
