Hi, ik ben Dean en ik ben de producer binnen een hardwerkend productieteam. Voor HBO Creative Business op de Breda University of Applied Sciences zijn wij bezig met het maken van een short movie.

De shortmovie is een drama/dark comedy die gaat over een perfectionistische chef, die het maar niet lukt om een ei'tje te breken zonder dat er iets fout gaat. Denk aan een schil die er in het eiwit blijft zitten, of de dooier uitloopt. U kent het wel...

Dit lijkt ons een prachtige manier om de verbinding te zoeken tussen mentale weerbaarheid, het overkomen van perfectionisme en dit te laten zien door een aantal metaphoren en props. Iedere keer falen en TOCH jezelf in controle houden.

Deze productie kunnen wij niet doen zonder acteurs. Deze acteurs zijn hartstikke goed en willen ons graag uit de brand helpen, alleen kunnen wij geen vergoeding bieden op dit moment. Daarom zoeken wij U.

Deze inzamelingsactie is bedoelt om geld op te halen voor het vergoeden van transportkosten voor acteurs, catering op set, het aanschaffen van de nodige props en costumes en een kleinigheidje voor de acteurs als een teken van waardering etc.

Wij zouden het ontzettend tof vinden als U ons kunt helpen en daarom zijn wij U voor elk kleinigheidje ontzettend dankbaar.

Wij bedanken U voor uw aandacht en als U achteraf benieuwd bent waar U ons mee heeft geholpen, laat het ons weten en dan sturen wij onze film naar U op om die te bekijken.

Hi, I'm Dean, and I'm the producer within a hardworking production team. For the HBO Creative Business program at Breda University of Applied Sciences, we are currently working on creating a short movie.

The short movie is a drama/dark comedy about a perfectionist chef who just can't manage to crack an egg without something going wrong. Think of a bit of shell ending up in the egg white or the yolk breaking—you're probably familiar with it…

We see this as a beautiful way to explore the themes of mental resilience and overcoming perfectionism, using a variety of metaphors and props. Failing over and over, yet still managing to keep yourself in control.

We can't make this production happen without actors. These actors are incredibly talented and willing to help us out, but unfortunately, we can't offer them any compensation at this time. That's why we're reaching out to you.

This fundraising campaign is intended to raise money to cover transportation costs for the actors, on-set catering, essential props and costumes, and a small token of appreciation for the actors.

We would be absolutely thrilled if you could support us, and we are incredibly grateful for even the smallest contribution.
