Here is a story of how things are going with Norman for those of you interested. Many have asked how he is and I have not responded for many reasons. Just forgive me. 
Today is day 17 of hospitalization and we have been transferred from Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne to the Cleveland Clinic. 
There are teams of Doctors that are working with him including infectious disease, neurologist, neurosurgeons as well as physical, occupational and speech therapist. 
He has undergone multiple spinal taps, blood work, CTs, MRIs, PET scan, XRays and so many assessments by them all. 
Now with inconclusive results the next step is a brain biopsy surgery and it will take place Tuesday. He is currently in surgery and the whole family is together in Cleveland. The boys have all shaved their heads with Norman. 
As anyone would be, Norman is tired. And apprehensive facing serious surgery. 
When I just asked him, how are your spirits? He responded, HA!
Please lift him in prayer.
