Hello, friends and fam. We never thought we would be in this situation. Also, I haven’t told Dad about this at all. We found out on top of my Dad “Steve’s” COPD, he had pneumonia and he has diabetes. Not only that he developed sepsis and was on his last lifeline, before I came down from STL. He’s a walking miracle. The great people at COX Healthcare in Branson, saved his life. Come to find out, his Medicare and insurance doesn’t cover much. He lost his business during Covid and I’m the only child looking out for him. I recently lost my job too. Not looking for any sympathy or handouts, but I’m working on giving him everything I can by using this platform. I had a friend recommend it. We’re. Not asking for much, besides taking care of my Dad “Steve’s” in home healthcare. He lives alone and I worry about him as I’m out of town for now.
