Hi everyone,

My name is Fiorella, and I recently gave birth to our beautiful daughter, Luna Adele, at 36 weeks. While we’ve kept her journey private until now, our little girl was born with a rare condition called a sacrococcygeal teratoma. Her arrival came with challenges, and her fight began the moment she entered this world.

This pregnancy was incredibly high-risk. For months, I was in and out of appointments 3–5 times a week, hospitalized multiple times, and eventually had a scheduled C-section. I lost many work days during that time, and with my husband Devin also needing to take time off to support me and be here for our daughter, we’ve found ourselves in a difficult financial place.

All of our savings were poured into preparing for Luna’s early arrival, and now with no income and both of us focused on her care and my recovery, we’re doing our best to stay afloat.

Luna will be undergoing surgery soon, and she’s currently in the NICU. We don’t know how long her recovery will take or how long she’ll need to remain hospitalized—which means we also don’t know how long we’ll be out of work. Right now, our focus is on being present for her and each other during this critical time.

We’re asking for help—any amount, big or small—to help us cover essentials like bills, groceries, and transportation while we support our daughter through her healing.
