Over the past few days, our family’s world has been turned upside down.

Our daughter Ziggy has recently been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer, and we are preparing for what we know will be a long and difficult road ahead. Right now our lives revolve around hospital stays, testing, scans, treatment plans, and doing everything we can to stay strong for our little girl.

While we are still learning more and taking things day by day, one thing is certain — our focus right now is being fully present for Ziggy and for each other as a family.

As many of you know, our family has spent the last few years rebuilding our lives. From opening Backwood Barbershop, growing as parents, getting married, and trying to build a better future for our kids — this was supposed to be one of the happiest seasons of our lives. Now we are facing something we never expected.

Because of hospital stays, appointments, treatment, and caregiving responsibilities, both of our work schedules are being heavily impacted. We are doing everything we can to stay afloat while making sure Ziggy gets all the love, care, and support she needs during this fight.

This fundraiser will help our family with:

Mortgage and monthly bills

Vehicle and travel expenses

Missed work and reduced hours

Food, parking, and hospital-related costs

Giving us the ability to focus on Ziggy without falling behind financially
